Terms of sale — Premium
What you buy when you subscribe to Premium, and your rights.
1. Seller
The seller is the publisher named in the legal notice. These terms apply to every Premium subscription taken from the app.
2. The service
Premium is an optional subscription for one household, on all its devices. It adds the AI assistant without a key to manage, unlimited photo space and no advertising. Everything else in the app is free. The features included are described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
3. Price
The price is shown in euros, taxes included where applicable, in the app before you pay (currently 4,99 € per month for the whole household). A price change never applies to a period already paid, and is announced before your next renewal.
4. Order and payment
You subscribe from Settings → HOME Premium. Payment is made by card through Stripe, our payment provider; HomeLifePlanner never sees your card number. The subscription starts once the payment is accepted.
5. Duration and renewal
Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month, until you cancel it.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in two taps, from Settings → HOME Premium → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: Premium stays active until then, and the household then returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have fourteen days from the day you subscribe to withdraw, without giving a reason. To withdraw, write to us (see the contact page) with the household’s name and the date of the subscription, or use any other unambiguous statement.
Premium starts immediately at your request. If you withdraw, you pay only for the days of Premium already provided before you told us, in proportion to the monthly price; the rest is refunded within fourteen days, with the same means of payment.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The terms of use apply in addition to these terms of sale.
9. Personal data
Payment data is handled by Stripe. What HomeLifePlanner stores is described in the privacy policy.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved that way. As a consumer you may also refer the dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator, and you keep the right to bring it before the court of your place of residence.
The name and contact details of our consumer mediator will be published here.
