Terms of use
The rules that apply when your household uses HomeLifePlanner.
These terms apply to HomeLifePlanner (“the service”), available at homelifeplanner.online. Using the service means accepting them.
The service
HomeLifePlanner is a shared household organiser: tasks, weekly planning, meals and recipes, grocery lists, family activities and related statistics. It is provided as it is today; features may change or be removed as the product evolves.
Households and access
A household is created without an email address; devices join it with an invite code. Anyone holding a valid code can join, so share it only with the people you live with. A household holds a limited number of devices and members (currently twelve of each). You are responsible for the content your household puts into the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to access another household’s data, to disrupt the service, or to resell access to it. Shared recipe links are public to anyone holding the link: do not put private information in a recipe you share.
Premium subscription
Premium is an optional monthly subscription covering one household. The price is displayed before payment, payment is processed by Stripe, and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the paid period; after that the household returns to the free plan. Free households are subject to a storage limit and see advertising.
AI features
AI features are optional and produce suggestions, not guarantees. Recipes, prices, nutrition figures, health scores and activity ideas generated by AI may be wrong and must not be relied on as medical, nutritional or financial advice. Check anything that matters.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — a full export is available at any time from Settings → Data & backup. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending use
You can leave a household or delete it at any time from the app. Deleting a household removes its content, including photos. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the service.
Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new version.
